For over 30 years Brad has litigated and settled disputed cases of almost every kind, including business disputes, real estate claims, eminent domain proceedings, construction disputes, disagreements about decedents' estates, as well as criminal cases and divorce and child custody disputes.  He brings his breadth of experience and his understanding of the litigation process to bear in mediating and resolving business, real estate, and estate disputes.

Brad has been involved in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for decades.  He has represented parties in mediation, arbitration, and judicial settlement conferences since he began practicing law in 1977, settling the great majority of his cases to the benefit of his clients.  He has been an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau since the early 1990s, deciding dozens of motor vehicle "lemon law" cases during that time.  He currently acts as a volunteer mediator for the Santa Clara County Small Claims Court, assisting parties in resolving their cases without trial. 

Brad has completed the prestigious Mediating the Litigated Case program for mediators at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law.  The Straus Institute is regularly recognized as one of the nation's top programs in dispute resolution by U.S. News and World Report, ranking first for 8 of the last 16 years, including 2005 through 2009.  Brad has also taken dozens of hours of arbitration training offered by the Better Business Bureau to its arbitrators.
